1. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ varies by product. It is typically set to ensure we can offer you the best factory-direct price. The specific MOQ for each item is listed on the product page. For custom orders or large projects, we are flexible and open to negotiation.

2. How can I get a price quote?

You can see our standard wholesale prices directly on the website.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via:

Bank Transfer (T/T) - Preferred for large orders.

PayPal - Accepted for smaller orders or new partners (fees may apply).

Letter of Credit (L/C) - Negotiable for very large orders.

4. Are the prices on the website final?

The prices listed are our standard wholesale prices in US Dollars (USD). They do not include shipping, insurance, or import duties/taxes in your country. All prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, though we strive to maintain stability.

5. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are processed within 7-15 business days after payment clearance. Shipping time depends on the method chosen (air or sea) and the destination, typically ranging from 7-30 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

6. Who is responsible for customs duties and taxes?

As the importer of record, the buyer (you) is responsible for all customs clearance procedures, duties, taxes, and related fees in your country. We ensure all shipping documents are accurate and compliant to facilitate a smooth process. iLangtech can also offer DDP shipping term for most Countries,you can contact our sales team to get DDP shipping costs.

7. Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. If you need to change it, contact us immediately at sales@ilangtech.com .We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been shipped.

8. What if my products are damaged or lost during shipping?

We pack all orders securely to prevent damage. However, if items arrive damaged, you must notify us and the shipping carrier within 7 days of receipt (as per our Return Policy). For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or file a claim.

9. What is your quality control process?

Quality is our cornerstone. Every iLangtech product undergoes rigorous quality checks, including functional tests, visual inspections, and packaging reviews, to ensure they meet our standards and specifications before shipment.

10. Can I request a product sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes, we encourage it! You can order samples of most products to evaluate quality, functionality, and market fit. Sample orders are charged at the standard wholesale price plus shipping. In some cases, sample fees can be deducted from your subsequent bulk order.

11. Do you offer OEM/ODM services?

Yes, we have strong R&D and manufacturing capabilities. We can discuss OEM (customizing our products with your logo) and ODM (developing new products from scratch) services for partners with significant volume. Please contact our sales team to discuss your requirements.

12. What is your return and refund policy?

Please refer to our detailed [Return & Refund Policy] page. In short, we accept returns for defective or incorrectly shipped items within 15 days of delivery. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required. Approved returns will result in a refund, replacement, or store credit.

13. What is your product warranty?

We offer a standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
